Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days to process and post your order after payment has been received. We endeavor to do our best and try to get orders out on the same business day or the next.

Shipping time: We only use Australia Post Post unless otherwise stated. Australia post claims for Express Post it is 1-3 business days to all capital cities and could take a few days longer for some regional areas. Australia Post regular post is 2-8 business days.

Lost/damaged goods: Glowee takes no responsibility in any loss or damage incurred by the delivery/shipping company. We will always work with our customers and help in the unlikely event that this may happen. We will not stop working with you until you have your product

Delivery Address: Please be thorough when providing your delivery address, always check the post code and unit or apartment number if applicable. We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses, however we have built in tools within the checkout to help that not happen.
